About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through outbound sales activities. You will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by leveraging multiple outreach channels, understanding customer pain points, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, possess excellent communication and prospecting skills, and be passionate about driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation outbound strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Design, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including Cold email marketing, Calling, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp.
- Deliver a weekly set number of SQL’s, MQL’s, and meetings via Outbound marketing motion, being accountable for the results
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, key trends, and opportunities for lead generation.
