Manager – Statutory Audit (IGAAP)– CA - 6+ Years - Bangalore

Are you a Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Statutory Audits? We are looking for a manager – Statutory Audit with current hands-on exposure to Indian GAAP (IGAAP), proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead audit engagements and teams. Candidates who completed their CA in 2019 or earlier are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and applicable auditing standards.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit outcomes and business insights.
- Review and finalize audit reports while identifying key risks and recommending effective solutions.
- Plan,



allocate, and monitor resources to ensure timely completion of multiple audit assignments.
- Mentor and develop audit teams, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in audit quality.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
- Solid end-to-end Statutory Audit experience, including audit planning, execution, review, and finalization.
- Complete hands-on exposure to Indian GAAP (IGAAP) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in stakeholder/client management and leading audit engagements independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor audit teams while ensuring timely and high-quality audit delivery.
