About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries received through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.




- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns whenever required.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–6 years of experience in sales.
- Candidates with Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Hospitality, Telecom, Luxury Retail, BFSI, or other customer-facing sales backgrounds with strong sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
