Job Description
- Leading a team of 30-35 agents and SME's to perform effectively against set SLAs/KPIs
- Executing strategies to improve your teams’ overall performance
- Leading interventions to deliver change and transformation within the business adding value to the business Managing teams with effective leadership, coaching and support
- Working closely with other departments to ensure effective operations Client Interactions and Management
- Monitoring KPI, Performance Metrics , Accuracy/Quality, Shift Adherence

Qualifications
Graduate
Excellent Communication skills Minimum 2 years’ Experience in handling a team
