About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Program Advisors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right upskilling programs.
This is an inside sales and admissions role , where you will work on qualified student enquiries,



understand learner requirements, explain course offerings, and help candidates complete the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations
- Recommend suitable courses based on their goals
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, schedules, fees, and career support

Admissions & Sales
- Handle qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Resolve admission-related queries
- Help students complete documentation and enrollment
- Achieve monthly admission targets

Lead Management
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Update enquiry st
