- Assistant Manager - Law Placements, Core Engineering Placements
- Manager - Engineering Placements, Business Placements
Qualification: Post-Graduation is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Corporate Relations & Outreach
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with corporates, industry partners, and employers to enhance campus placements and internship opportunities.
- Drive employer outreach by identifying prospective recruiters, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and achieving placement targets for assigned academic school, cluster, programs.
- Convince companies to participate in campus placements, internships, HR summits, and other Career Services initiatives.
- Build and leverage skilled networks while staying updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, job roles, and market intelligence and research to align placement and internship strategies to respective assigned school, cluster and programs.
2. Campus Placement & Career Services Operations
- Plan,
coordinate, and execute campus placement drives, internship processes and drives careers other Career Services initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Career Services activities, ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end placement and internship processes by coordinating with recruiters, students, faculty, placement coordinators, and student placement teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through meetings, presentations, emails, calls, and periodic reporting to ensure smooth execution of placement interventions
3. Student Engagement, Counselling & Career Guidance
- Provide career counselling and guidance to students on internships, placements, career opportunities, and employer expectations.
