Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Conduct research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance with current tax practices.
- Prepare and review tax computations, tax provisions, and tax-related schedules.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients,



including identifying tax-saving opportunities and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Perform internal and statutory audits, including the examination of financial records, statements, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review GST filings, including GST returns, reconciliation statements, and related compliance documentation.
- Assist in TDS filings, ensuring accurate withholding and timely remittance of taxes as per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to perform Bank CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) and related financial analysis for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice to clients.
- Assist in client interactions, including responding to tax-related queries and providing excellent client service.
