Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, statutory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.




- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including current joiners, exits, attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.
- Administer leave, attendance, shift management, and employee documentation.
- Generate HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRMS within defined SLAs.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefit programs, insurance, reimbursements, and vendor management.
- Manage end-to-end exit formalities and Full & Final settlement coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support HR automation initiatives.
