Position Overview
The Finance Controller is responsible for the Finance function,



ensuring the delivery of high-quality finance and accounting services to the Company and its portfolio of client entities across diverse industries. The role combines financial leadership, client relationship management, operational excellence, team development, and governance to help clients maintain strong financial discipline and make informed business decisions.
The Finance Controller serves as the primary custodian of financial reporting quality, service delivery standards, financial governance, and operational efficiency while building long-term client relationships and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Leadership
- Drive the finance function and serve as a key finance partner to management.
- Understand business model, operational environment, and strategic objectives to provide relevant financial support.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, management teams, investors, auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in management discussions
