About the Role
- We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take complete, hands-on ownership of a floor of BDAs / travel advisors.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance, through dashboards and weekly reviews.
- You will be on the floor every day, in daily huddles, listening to calls, coaching advisors one on one, and personally accountable for whether your team hits its number this month.
- A strong Sales Manager should be able to say: "This team's number is my business. Every advisor's performance, every quotation, every lead worked,



and every coaching conversation is my responsibility."

What You Will Own
Team Performance
- Personally manage a team of 15-20 sales advisors, end to end.
- Own the team's monthly target and be personally accountable for hitting it.

Revenue and Commercial Ownership
- Own the revenue and contribution numbers for your team.
- Track conversion percentage, average booking value, and revenue per advisor.
- Take corrective action the moment performance starts slipping, not after the month closes.

Floor Discipline and Execution
- Run daily huddles, attendance, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure every lead is worked, every quotation goes out, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build a floor where discipline is a habit, not a once-a-week reminder.

Coaching and People Development
- Run regular call listening, feedback sessions, and hands-on coaching.
- Develop freshers into closers, not just manage advisors who already know how to sel
