Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to serve as the primary technical delivery partner for our enterprise customers.
This role is client-facing and focuses on driving successful implementation, adoption, and delivery of AI and digital transformation solutions at the customer's organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role is responsible for working closely with customer stakeholders, understanding business priorities, aligning technical solutions with customer objectives, removing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring successful adoption of client solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.
• Understand customer business goals and translate them into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.
• Drive customer-side execution by coordinating with client engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.
• Ensure customer readiness for deployments, integrations, data onboarding, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.
• Facilitate technical workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning sessions with customers.
• Track delivery milestones, identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and work with customer teams to resolve blockers.
