We are looking to add to the team an LMS Administrator, Instructional Design Specialist with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.

Position Summary
We recently launched our inaugural Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver e-learning at scale to the global community of GT-SUITE users. Our software is utilized by leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, and other industries to minimize their environmental impact and develop sustainable products. The goal of this program is to accelerate our customers' learning curve and empower them to upskill effectively.

We are seeking a creative, talented, and highly motivated individual to maintain, enhance, and expand this platform and our learning content.



In this role, you will manage system administration, drive the development of recent features to continuously enhance our learning offerings, collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content, and more.

Job Responsibilities
- LMS Management: Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS, including tasks such as workflow configuration, business rules, and permission management.
- Content Management: Upload and organize training materials and courses within the LMS. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent. Video editing.
- Instructional Design: Guide trainers on best practices to ensure engaging content with high learning retention rates
- User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to external customers and internal teams. Address and resolve any issues related to the LMS.
