Job Title : Solutions Architect - Infrastructure, Cloud, Automation & AI Engineering

Job Overview:

The Solutions Architect is a pivotal role responsible for leading the engineering strategies, product developers, and execution of automation solutions in Infrastructure Quality Engineering team. This includes overseeing a team of product developers, infra automation test engineers and AI developers on various hybrid enterprise infrastructure platforms (Azure, AWS, On-prem Data Centers).



The role blends technical leadership with hands-on automation expertise to deliver product features and ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance across development, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure quality engineering programs across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and platform initiatives.
- Own automated infrastructure testing strategy, including planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
- Assess change impact, define test coverage, and validate infrastructure deployments, rollbacks, and core system dependencies.
- Architect and integrate IaC validation using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Drive quality efficiency through ServiceNow, ITIL practices, automation, standards, documentation, and process optimization.
