Role Definition :

The Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable corporate laws, secretarial standards, and regulatory requirements. The role oversees Board and Committee governance, including the scheduling and management of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, maintenance of statutory registers and records, timely statutory filings, and implementation of sound corporate governance practices. The Company Secretary also serves as a key advisor to the Board on legal and compliance matters while ensuring adherence to all secretarial obligations.

Experience
- 0-2 Years of work experience as a Company Secretary.
