Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, a customer-centric approach,



and prior experience handling international customer interactions via chat. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
