Responsibilities
- Plan and execute visually compelling creatives that effectively communicate brand messages on social media.
- Ensure consistency of design across platforms as per brand guidelines.
- Understand platform-specific design requirements (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, account management, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Support and mentor junior designers when required.
- Partner with teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Assist in creating presentations and campaign decks.
- Continuously explore innovative design ideas and formats.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Contribute to building strong brand presence through engaging visual storytelling.
Experience Range
- Must have at least 4 to 5 years’ experience as a graphic/senior designer for any digital agency or web development firm.
Education Qualifications
- B.A. in graphic design, Communication Arts, or equivalent
- A Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Applied Arts / Fine Art
- Proven highly versatile design skills. Portfolio necessary.
