Job Details:
- Develop, implement marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- PR, Advertising, campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Develop compelling content for social media, websites, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Use CRM tools to track campaign performance and nurture leads.
- Design brochures, presentations, and training materials
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding and internal communication.
- Manage regional and multilingual content, ensuring it aligns with brand tone, culture, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors to develop visual and written content.




- Design and implement social media campaigns to promote company products, offers, and services.
- Optimize paid ad campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Identify trends, viral content opportunities, and competitor strategies to enhance social media presence.
- Coordinate with regional teams and translators to ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and effectively localized.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure content aligns with industry regulations, especially in financial services.
- Stay updated on platform policies, content guidelines, and algorithm changes to optimize strategy.

Travel Requirements:
Areas: Position is based at Corporate Office Bengaluru.
Frequency: On need basis travel to NIAIPL entities.
