Associate Account Director – US SMB Sales (IT Services / Software Engineering Services)
Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week from Office)
Shift Timing: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Associate Account Director to drive new business growth in the US SMB market. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle—from opportunity qualification to deal closure—while working closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Delivery teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT services, software engineering services, and consultative B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from qualified chance to closed-won business for US SMB clients.
- Partner with SDRs to convert meetings into qualified sales opportunities and provide feedback to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both SDR-generated leads and self-driven prospecting.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, demos,



and solution discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges related to software development, engineering scalability, product roadmap execution, and technology modernization.
- Position Clarion’s software engineering services and vEmployee™ engagement model as strategic solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals while meeting revenue and quota targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, software product development practices, GenAI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
