We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, reporting, compliance, and business finance processes across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed conglomerates in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, Real Estate, or diversified business groups and possess a strong understanding of project-driven and asset-intensive businesses.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Additional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile
- CA with 12-18 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in large conglomerates, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, or Real Estate sectors.
- Robust exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury, controllership, and compliance.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, asset-heavy businesses, or multi-location operations.
- Sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation,



and audit practices.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

- Monthly dashboards for focusing on overall book hygiene
- Ensuring Review of Financial Statements
- Site co-ordinations and Process alignment
- Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning
- Ensure Board Presentation and Audit Committee meetings
- Regulatory compliance of Related party transactions
- Ensuring end to end migration of newly acquired entity / process
- Acting as technical advisory to FCs / CFOs
- Financial Due Diligence of target entity (Financial analysis part)
- Ensure adherence to Internal Controls processes alignment
- Validation of compliances i.e. XBRL / DPT 3 etc.
