Job Description: Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant / Odoo Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant / Odoo Lead to drive end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, lead project teams, and manage client engagements across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate must have solid client-facing communication skills , the ability to handle senior stakeholders, and proven experience in understanding business requirements, conducting discussions, presenting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Odoo ERP projects.
This role requires a balance of functional Odoo expertise, technical understanding, leadership capability, and excellent communication skills . The candidate will work closely with clients, business analysts, sales teams, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and business-aligned Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement, Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary client-facing consultant for Odoo implementation discussions.




- Communicate clearly with clients to understand business processes, pain points, expectations, and project objectives.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and client demos.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical expectations for internal teams.
- Manage client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Handle client queries, concerns, escalations, and change requests professionally.
- Prepare and present solution approaches, workflows, implementation plans, and project updates to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with business analysts, sales teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

2. Pre-Sales Support & Solution Demonstration
- Participate in pre-sales meetings along with the Business Analyst and sale
