Job Description:
- 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing finance & accounts
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Auditing Standards
- Sound knowledge of various statutory compliances
- Ability to liaison with Statutory authorities for compliance related matters
- Skills in budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Knowledge of SEZ & RBI compliance
- To be conversant in Quick Book and Xero
- Robust interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge on US compliances
- Ability to work independently and manage team
- Knowledge of Consolidation process as per AS-21
