Ethics Team: Training & communications, ethics case management, monitoring, and compliances activities, etc.
Job description:
Leading Ethics Case Inquiries
- Develop inquiry approach and methodology
- Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports
- Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process
Program Governance & Reporting
- Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes
- Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships
Training & Awareness
- Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels
- Deliver training sessions across geographies under India
- Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance
Program Monitoring & Compliance
- Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs
- Track progress and address gaps proactively
POSH Portfolio Management
- Maintain and update POSH policies
- Develop and conduct POSH training programs
- Ensure compliance with POSH requirements
- Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling
