Role Overview:
The person will lead and drive strategic partnerships to expand VG’s vast network of digital rewards and branded currency solutions. This role demands a forward-thinking leader capable of managing existing brand relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless technical and financial integrations to enhance VG’s ecosystem.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have min 10+ years in managing strategic brand partnerships and alliances.
- At least 5+ years in a leadership or senior management capacity, preferably within the e-commerce, digital rewards, fintech, or consumer tech space.
- Domain Expertise - Prior exposure to digital gift vouchers, loyalty programs, employee recognition platforms, or promotional tech solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape and market trends.
- Proficiency in handling P&L; responsibilities and legal aspects of partnerships.
- Ability to navigate technical aspects and drive efficient API integrations.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Existing Brand Relationships:
- Oversee relationship aspects by leading and organizing mapping efforts within the organization.
- Supervise the servicing of existing brand relationships alongside the dedicated team.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage P&L; for brands, ensuring commercial success.
- Work in tandem with the Legal team to efficiently close agreements and manage legal aspects.
- Coordinate with the IT team to handle technical aspects, ensuring seamless API integrations.
2. Driving New Business Development & Servicing:
- Lead the onboarding process for current brand partnerships in collaboration with internal teams.
