Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth specifically for Natural Marble division. This individual will work closely with Architects, Interior Designer s (also if required with Contractors). As a key player in expanding the product lines, the BDM will focus on creating new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, managing key accounts, and executing growth strategies to position CMC as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibiliti es:
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's product offerings within the specified regions (Natural Marble).
- Build and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market presence across these product lines, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Generate business through Architects, Interior Designers& if required with Contractors, Builders
- Generate business through Architect by presenting the products, securing specifications, and influencing product selection for projects.





Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee key account management to drive repeat business and client loyalty.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models that support business objectives.
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust business strategies and enhance CMC’s market positioning.
