About the Job:
Gnapi Technologies is seeking a high-impact GIS Consultant with deep expertise in ESRI Utility Network (UN) and GE Smallworld to lead and execute complex bi-directional data migrations. This role is critical for large-scale utility transformation programs involving legacy Smallworld systems and modern ESRI Utility Network architectures.

What you’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end GIS data migration between GE Smallworld and ESRI Utility Network
• Analyze and map Smallworld schemas and data models to ESRI Utility Network
• Design migration strategies for structure networks, domain networks,



asset groups, asset types, and associations
• Handle network topology, connectivity rules, containment, and association migration
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality checks
• Support cutover, rollback, and delta migration strategies
• Strong hands-on experience with ESRI Utility Network (UN)
• Domain Networks, Structure Networks, Asset Groups & Asset Types
• Network Rules, Associations, Connectivity & Containment
• ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro
• Strong understanding of Smallworld GIS data models
• Experience extracting and transforming Smallworld utility data
• Exposure to Magik-based environments

Must Haves:
Data Migration & ETL:
• Large-scale utility GIS data migration experience
• FME or FME-alternative migration approaches
• Python / ArcPy-based migration frameworks
• GDAL/OGR and database-driven ETL

Databases & Automation:
• Oracle Spatial
