Role Description The Biology Faculty member will deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons in biology to secondary or pre-university learners, ensuring alignment with Aspire Science Academy’s academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and updating curriculum materials, preparing lectures and practical sessions, assessing student performance, and providing timely feedback and guidance.



The role involves mentoring students, supporting exam preparation, and contributing to a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. The faculty member will collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, participate in departmental meetings, and engage in continuous improvement of teaching practices. This is a full-time, in office role based at Aspire Science Academy in Khamgaon.
Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in Biology, with ability to teach core concepts clearly and accurately.
Knowledge and applied understanding of Physiology to support advanced biology teaching.
Background in Microbiology to enrich course content and laboratory activities.
Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources.
