Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BTech Sales / Business Development Executive (BDE) fresher role based in Noida. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads through calls, emails, and social outreach, and supporting senior sales team members in presenting AbyM Technology’s AI and enterprise solutions. The candidate will assist in preparing proposals, demos, and presentations,



and in maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, understanding customer needs, coordinating with technical teams to align solutions, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role also requires participating in sales meetings, learning product offerings, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technology solutions clearly and confidently.
Basic understanding of IT, software, or AI concepts, with genuine interest in enterprise technology and digital transformation.
