Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (B2B) to expand and manage our network of education consultants & channel partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education partnerships, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage new B2B channel partners (education consultants, Agent Partner).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive student recruitment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly application, deposit, and enrollment targets.
Conduct partner meetings, webinars, training sessions, and business reviews.
Monitor partner performance and implement growth strategies.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
Maintain accurate partner data and sales pipeline in CRM.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business expansion.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the study abroad or overseas education industry.
Strong network of education agents and consultants preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven with solid commercial acumen.
Ability to travel for partner meetings and events.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with UK, Ireland, Australia, Dubai, USA, or Canada destinations.
Understanding of admissions, visa processes, scholarships, and commission structures.
Experience handling channel partner engagement and conversion funnels.
