Role Description The Branch Manager role at Delhivery is a full-time, in office position based in West Delhi. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery performance,



and adherence to service-level agreements. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring branch staff, planning workforce requirements, and ensuring safe and compliant handling of parcels and freight. The Branch Manager collaborates with regional operations, sales, and customer service teams to drive volume growth, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring operational KPIs, resolving escalation issues, optimizing process flows, managing vendor and partner relationships, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Delhivery’s standards.
