Role Description

The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to support campaign initiatives and promote company services. The Social Media Manager will also engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and stay informed about platform updates and trends.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.




Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Solid Writing and Communication skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent posts.
Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO basics and paid social advertising, is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a digital or tech-focused organization is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
