Role Description This is a full-time, in office Motion Designer role based in Noida. The Motion Designer will create motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns, social media content, brand videos, and marketing assets aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual narratives, developing storyboards, designing and animating assets, and collaborating with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery. The role involves participating in brainstorming sessions, refining concepts based on feedback, optimizing video content for different platforms, and maintaining high-quality standards and consistency across all motion deliverables. The Motion Designer is expected to manage timelines, handle multiple projects, and stay current with trends and best practices in motion design and digital content.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.




Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various platforms.
Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy in motion work.
Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback constructively.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video projects relevant to brand and marketing work.
Relevant education in Design, Animation, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and willingness to work on-site in Noida.
