Role Description The Sales Manager – Industrial Machinery Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.



This role is responsible for driving sales of food processing and industrial machinery by identifying recent business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Manager will develop and execute market and territory plans, conduct customer visits, understand client production needs, and propose suitable machinery solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating order execution, and ensuring high-quality customer service and post-sales support. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Market Planning and strategic sales planning skills.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management within industrial machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
