Role Description The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying, screening, and onboarding influencers across social platforms, maintaining strong relationships, and managing day-to-day communication. The coordinator will plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefing creators, aligning deliverables with brand objectives, and ensuring timely content publication. The role includes tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports with actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure brand consistency, support outreach and negotiation efforts, and help scale influencer programs across multiple verticals.

Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and campaign coordination, preferably within a digital or creative agency environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills,



with the ability to interact confidently with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and use insights to optimize campaigns and report clearly on outcomes.
Organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), influencer discovery tools, and basic digital marketing concepts.
Creative mindset with an eye for content quality, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Comfort working in a quick-paced, collaborative, on-site environment in Noida, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
