Role Description The Executive Assistant to the COO is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing the COO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and accommodations, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain documentation, draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and support the COO in day-to-day operational activities. This position also includes handling incoming communications,



coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and deadlines. The ideal candidate will act as a reliable point of contact, support strategic initiatives through effective administration, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications

Solid Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, such as documentation, filing, and office organization.
Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar applications) and basic IT tools.
