Role Description The Technical Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for driving sales of testing equipment and solutions across target industries. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The Technical Sales Manager collaborates closely with customers to understand technical requirements,



provides guidance on suitable solutions, and coordinates with internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support. Day-to-day activities include maintaining and growing key accounts, responding to customer inquiries, offering technical support during and after the sales process, and preparing regular sales reports and market feedback for management. The role requires active engagement with industry stakeholders, participation in trade shows or client visits, and continuous learning about emerging technologies and standards.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience selling technical or industrial products or solutions.
Proven Account Management skills, including relationship building, retention, and growth of key customers.
Ability to provide Technical Support, including interpreting technical specifications and explaining product capabilities.
