Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintenance of personnel records. The role involves supporting employee relations, handling queries, assisting in performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training initiatives, and collaborate with management to maintain a safe,
compliant, and positive workplace. The role requires regular interaction with employees at all levels to support engagement, communication, and organizational culture.
