Role Description The QE Test Lead – Master Data at CareBell is a contract role based in Noida, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This role is responsible for leading quality engineering activities for master data components, including designing test strategies, creating detailed test plans, and defining test cases for data-related features and integrations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and executing functional, regression, and data validation testing, overseeing test automation for data workflows, monitoring defect trends, and ensuring that product releases meet defined quality standards. The QE Test Lead will collaborate closely with product management, development, data engineering, and operations teams to refine requirements, improve test coverage, and support continuous improvement of master data quality across the platform. This position also involves mentoring team members on best practices in data quality testing and contributing to documentation of test processes and quality metrics.
Qualifications




Solid skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance for data-centric and platform-based products.
Experience applying Quality Control practices to ensure Product Quality, including systematic defect detection and prevention.
Background in Quality Management, with the ability to define and track quality KPIs and implement process improvements.
Hands-on experience testing master data, data models, data migrations, and integrations, preferably in healthcare or similar regulated domains.
Proficiency with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and test automation frameworks relevant to data validation.
Ability to lead testing activities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior quality professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to test design.
