About Build A Class Initiative

Build A Class Initiative (BACI) is a non-profit organization committed to transforming education through innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions. Through the Digital Pathshala Project, BACI partners with schools, communities, and stakeholders to establish smart classrooms, strengthen digital education, and improve learning outcomes for students.

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit assigned schools regularly to monitor project implementation and ensure smooth execution.
Interact with school principals, teachers, students, and community representatives to build strong working relationships.
Conduct classroom observations and support schools in the effective use of digital learning solutions.
Perform basic troubleshooting of digital classroom equipment and coordinate with the technical support team for timely resolution.
Conduct field surveys, data collection, assessments, and verification activities.
Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, logistics, and service support.
Engage with government officials,



education department representatives, CSR partners, and other project stakeholders.
Track project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure project activities are executed as per defined timelines and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation, attendance records, photographs, and implementation reports.
Identify field challenges and proactively recommend solutions.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting digital devices and classroom equipment.
Positive analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
