We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with robust engineering judgement, leadership, and the ability to influence across teams.
You’ll be someone who can:
Make sound architecture and project decisions with over 15 years of experience.
Assess trade-offs across cost, capability, scalability, and complexity
Explain complex technical concepts clearly and mentor junior engineers
Lead and support engineering teams, raising the technical bar
Partner closely with product teams to turn business needs into effective technical solutions
Technical experience we're looking for:
Strong AWS experience, ideally with serverless technologies such as Lambda and API Gateway
Strong software development experience, ideally Python and TypeScript
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
Broad cloud development experience and strong architectural understanding
This is a role for someone who can set technical direction, influence decisions, develop people, and deliver pragmatic cloud solutions.
