Role Description The Senior Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and outreach programs that support the foundation’s cancer treatment and research services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, corporate partners,



and community organizations, and supporting initiatives to increase patient access and service utilization. The specialist will prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align growth strategies with organizational goals, and track performance metrics to ensure ongoing improvement. The role also involves representing the foundation at events, meetings, and conferences to strengthen visibility and build long-term strategic relationships.
Qualifications
