Role Description The Four Wheeler Technician and Quality Controller at Gurudev Motors - Škoda Cars Workshop Guindy is responsible for performing routine and complex mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work on passenger vehicles. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles,



identifying issues, carrying out repairs and maintenance, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer and company standards. The role also involves conducting quality checks on completed jobs, auditing repair processes, verifying compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and documenting findings and corrective actions. Collaboration with service advisors, workshop supervisors, and other technicians is required to provide accurate updates, maintain workflow efficiency, and deliver high-quality service to customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Guindy workshop in Chennai.
Qualifications

Ability to perform Quality Control activities, including inspection of repairs and verification of adherence to workshop standards.
Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose vehicle issues, interpret test results, and make data-driven decisions on repair methods.
Experience in Quality Auditing,
