Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Open / Client Location Based
Employment Type: Full-Time
Budget: Up to 13 LPA
? Key Responsibilities
Drive digital marketing performance measurement and campaign effectiveness analysis.
Define, track and optimize marketing KPIs and business outcomes.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Develop data-driven recommendations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Work in Agile environments leveraging user stories, sprints and iterative delivery.
Support strategic planning, OKR development and business decision-making.
Build proof-of-concept models using SQL, R and/or Python.
? Required Skills
✅ Deep expertise in digital marketing performance measurement, campaign strategy and KPI management
✅ Intermediate or higher proficiency in SQL, R and/or Python
✅ Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively
✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
✅ Strategic mindset with strong planning and execution capabilities
