Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gujarat. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, qualifying prospects, and creating outreach strategies. The role involves lead generation through calls, emails, meetings, and networking, as well as maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The individual will manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to leadership. The role also requires regular market analysis to monitor competitors and suggest improvements to business strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates with a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in on-field sales of Industrial consumables will only be considered for this profile, those from other domains may not be considered for this position.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Current Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects.
