Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving growth in general insurance products and services. This role involves managing a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets,



and developing strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with partners and distributors. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, performance monitoring, and reporting to leadership. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting insurance solutions, negotiating and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal departments such as underwriting and customer service.
