As an HR Intern, you'll gain practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, talent management, and organizational development while working on real business projects in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates.




Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
Maintain HR records and documentation.
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Prepare recruitment reports and trackers.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MHRM, PGDM (HR), or any Bachelor's/Master's degree.
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Passion for building a career in Human Resources.
Eligibility & Requirements
Freshers and students are welcome.
Basic HR knowledge is preferred.
Must own a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
Available for the full 2-month internship.
