Role Description The Technical Support Specialist role at Mindenious is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the specialist will respond to user inquiries, resolve technical issues related to the platform, and guide students and partners through product features and functionalities. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and access issues, documenting support cases, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.



The specialist will collaborate with product and engineering teams to report recurring issues, contribute to knowledge base articles, and help improve overall user experience. This role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing explicit, timely, and empathetic communication.
