Role Description The Creative Social Media Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves designing visually engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, short videos, and other digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to translate briefs into creative concepts and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.



Daily tasks include planning and scheduling social media creatives, adapting designs for multiple channels, and optimizing content for audience engagement and performance. The role also includes staying updated on design trends, social media best practices, and platform-specific formats to continuously improve creative output.
Qualifications
Robust visual design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design software.
Experience creating social media graphics, short-form video content, and digital campaign assets for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, color theory, and the ability to adapt designs to different audiences and formats.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles, content calendars, and performance-driven creative design.
