The firm is looking for an accomplished leader who can build, scale, and institutionalize a high-impact Investment Banking business across Capital Raising, IPO Advisory, M&A;, Strategic Advisory, Valuations, Private Equity, and Corporate Finance solutions.
This role is designed for a proven deal maker who understands that successful investment banking is not merely about transaction execution but about creating long-term value for promoters, entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building an investment banking franchise that combines market credibility, client relationships, transaction expertise, and business development capabilities.
The role goes far beyond managing mandates.
The incumbent will be expected to originate opportunities, build promoter relationships,



develop transaction pipelines, create strategic partnerships, and establish the firm as a trusted advisor across the corporate ecosystem.
This is not a maintenance role.

The ideal candidate should possess strong promoter relationships, deep transaction experience, business development capability, and the ability to build and scale teams.
This role carries direct responsibility for transaction origination, fee generation, client acquisition, business development, and franchise growth.
