Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their operational needs, and recommending appropriate off-highway tyre solutions. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing,



and following up on deliveries and after-sales support. The Sales Service Representative will maintain accurate customer records, support account management activities, and collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure prompt and productive service. The role also involves regular communication with customers to address issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to deepen business relationships.
