About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager who will drive brand growth, sales acceleration, marketing execution, and product strategy. The role requires strong business acumen, market understanding, execution excellence, and stakeholder management skills to strengthen the market presence of RENEE Cosmetics across channels.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Coordinate with performance marketing, influencer marketing, and creative teams for campaigns and launches.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Drive product positioning, promotional strategies, and brand communication initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI to ensure business impact.
Sales Growth & Business Expansion
Drive sales growth across GT, MT, E-commerce, and other distribution channels.
Work closely with sales teams to achieve business targets and improve market penetration.




Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.
Track sales performance, market share, and business KPIs regularly.
Support channel-specific growth plans and promotional activities.

Recent Product Development Coordination
Coordinate with Product Development, R&D;, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for new product launches.
Ensure timely execution of product development timelines from concept to market launch.
Gather market feedback and consumer insights for innovation and product enhancement.
Track competition and emerging beauty trends to recommend new product opportunities.
Ensure alignment between brand strategy, packaging, formulation, and market demand.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing and launch activities.
